Wondering Well may decline, limit, suspend, or discontinue services when clinically, ethically, legally, or operationally appropriate. Website references to service areas do not constitute a representation that services are available to every person located in those areas.

5. Communications and Privacy

Electronic communications may not be secure. You should not include sensitive medical, mental-health, substance-use, financial, or other confidential information in an ordinary email or general website-contact form.

Information submitted through the Website is governed by the Website Privacy Policy. The Website Privacy Policy as well as Wondering Well’s Notice of Privacy Practices and Informed Consent for Services are separate from these Terms and should be reviewed independently.

6. No Guarantee of Response
