GOOD FAITH ESTIMATES AND NO SURPRISES ACT

Wondering Well Behavioral Health, LLC (“Wondering Well”) provides a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges under the federal No Surprises Act when clients are uninsured or are not using insurance to pay for services. This Good Faith Estimate lists the charges Wondering Well reasonably expects for the services described, based on the information available when the estimate was prepared. It is not a contract or guarantee of the amount that will ultimately be charged. Actual charges may differ when the scope, frequency, duration, or nature of services changes or when additional services become clinically appropriate or are requested by the client.

If you receive a bill that is higher than the Good Faith Estimate, contact Wondering Well at (404) 480-0595 or billing@wonderingwell.com. You may ask Wondering Well to review or correct the bill, request an updated bill, or discuss the charges with you.

If you are uninsured or are paying for these services without using insurance, and the billed charges from Wondering Well are at least $400 more than the expected charges listed for WWBH on this GFE, you may be eligible for the federal patient–provider dispute resolution process. You generally must start the process within 120 calendar days of the date on the initial bill. The administrative fee to this process is $25. An independent reviewer will determine the amount you owe; that amount may differ from either the estimate or the bill. You may continue discussing the bill with Wondering Well while a dispute is pending.
